Avocado and Mixed Greens Sandwich

What you need: 

1 cup of mixed greens
1/2 avocado, sliced
2 slices of tomato
vegan bacon bits
bread (wrap, pita, or baguette)
For dressing:
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper (to taste)
pinch of sugar

What you do: 

Arrange the greens, tomato, and avocado on your choice of bread and top with the vegan bacon bits (as little or as much as you like....I like a lot!)
In a small bowl mix the ingredients for the dressing and pour over sandwich filling. Its as easy as that, and its really tasty too!

I made this for dinner tonight, and it was so good! I added some Nayonaise (vegan mayonaise) and it tasted great...I don't know if everyone else would like it, but personally, I really liked the way it tasted with the rest of the wrap.

Really great.
