2 avocados, pits removed
3-4 limes, squeezed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 small red onion, diced
1/2 poblano pepper, chopped finely
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
salt, to taste
1. In a bowl, mash the avocados and add the lime juice. Mix.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
