Banana and Oat Pudding

What you need:

1/2 cup plain instant oats
1/2 banana
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1/2 cup boiled water (add extra if needed)
cinnanmon, to taste
nutmeg, to taste
scoop plain soy protein powder (optional)
handful blueberries (optional)
1 tablespoon agave nectar (optional)
2 tablespoons raw nuts or seeds (optional)

What you do:

1) Boil water
2) Add water and oatmeal into a blender and begin adding other ingredients on top (this gives the oatmeal time to absorb and expand).
3) Blend mixture untill you get a smooth consistency (add extra water if it is too thick, extra oats if its too thin).
4) Serve hot - sprinkle blueberries, nuts, or seeds on top!
Modifiers: I like to use unflavoured soy protein in this recipe to help with the smoothness and give some extra protein to the meal, but this "pudding" is so versatile and a great dessert or breakfast.
Raisins, berries, nuts, raw seeds, flax seed, spices, natural sweeteners, yogourt, soy milk - they all work really well when blended and makes this recipe very versatile.
Source of recipe: Breakfast experiment that I modified after having an oatmeal smoothie at a juice bar!
