Banana Breakfast Smoothie
1 banana, sliced
3/4 cup crushed ice
1/4 cup water or soy milk
3 scoops vanilla or fruit flavoured ice-soy (vegan ice cream)
Vegetable Protein powder according to instructions on package
Optional Ingredients (use vegan versions): Vitamin powders according to instructions
1. Put everything in a blender. Be sure ice is crushed before blending.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Drink and enjoy!! Its a filling and nutritious treat, great for breakfast or just as a snack!!
