3 large bananas
1 cup chopped dates
2 cups rolled oats
1/3 cup cooking oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F).
In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Stir in oats, dates, oil and vanilla. Mix well and let set for 15 minutes.
Drop by teaspoonsful onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until brown.
