Banana-Orange Sauce

What you need:

2 very ripe bananas
1/2 orange, juiced
1 tablespoon vegan soy butter

What you do:

Peel and slice banana in finger-thick pieces. Melt soy butter in a skillet. Add bananas and cook for 3 minutes. Add orange juice and let simmer for 7 more. Puree if you like in blender. Serve hot or cold.
This really doesn't need anything if the bananas are very ripe. But you can add a sweetener, cinnamon, chocolate, cacao powder, vanilla, a dash of salt -anything you like.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Fabulous over oatmeal!! Even my oatmeal-hating 4 year old ate it with this on it. And you HAVE to try it in a granola parfait with strawberries and yogurt... wow...  ::)
