Banana-rama Cookie Bread

What you need: 

4 bananas
1 pkt sandwich cookies
1 cup self rising flour
vanilla flavoured soy milk (according to need)
sweetener (accord to taste)
1 tablespoon of vegan margarine
1 teaspoon baking soda

What you do: 

Heat oven to 180 degrees. Mix flour, sweetener and baking soda in big bowl after sifting. Melt marg till smooth, and mix. Combine in soymilk, and mix well. Crush cookies and add to mix. Stir till thick and smooth ( it will still be a bit chunky due to cookie pieces). Pour mix into non-stick baking dish and place in oven for about 30-60 minutes, keep checking. Then slice and enjoy!!!
