Barbeque Brussels Sprouts

What you need:

1 pound Brussels sprouts, stems cut off
1-2 cloves garlic, chopped finely
1 tablespoon olive oil
BBQ sauce, to taste (I like Whole Food's 365 tangy)

What you do:

1. Preheat broiler. In a medium bowl, toss sprouts, garlic and oil.
2. Place sprouts evenly on a baking sheet and brush with barbeque sauce.
3. Broil for 5-10 minutes or until desired. I tend to like them a bit blackened on the outside.

Preparation Time:
15 minutes
Cooking Time:
Servings:
2-3

SO HOW'D IT GO?
