Basic Bok Choy

What you need: 

1 tablespoon olive oil
3 bunches baby bok choy, trimmed
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
salt and pepper, to taste

What you do: 

1. In a medium skillet, add olive oil. Toss in the bok choy, garlic, salt, and pepper.
2. Cook for about 10 minutes or until the leaves begin to wilt and a fork can go through the stems.
