Basic Japanese Miso Soup

What you need: 

5 cups water

5g konbu sea weed
50g carrots
30g scallions
40g pumpkins
40g burdocks
30g spinach
1 table spoon soy sauce
3 table spoons miso paste
What you do: 

1. Put konbu seaweed in to the pot, turn the heat on

2. Put the chopped vegetables in the pot and cook well

3. Add soy sauce, turn the heat off and put the miso paste in the pot
