Best Ever Ice-Cream

What you need:

1 cup frozen fruit (I like strawberries, peaches or blueberries)
1 frozen presliced banana
maple syrup or natural sugar, to taste
nondairy milk, as needed

What you do:

1. Process fruit and sweetener in food processor.
2. If fruit doesn't want to blend, add about 1/4 cup nondairy milk.
3. Add more milk, as needed for desired consistency.
This is so easy and so yummy. Sometimes, I add wheat germ on the top when I put the ice cream in bowls for a yummy crunch on top.If you thin this down, it makes a nice shake also. The bananas are your natural sweetener and creaminess in this. Enjoy!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

THIS.....IS.....AMAZING. I absolutely loved it. The calories shouldnt be anywhere close to 350 if you use a sugar substitute instead of maple syrup. I used one banana, 1/2 Cup frozen peaches and about 1/4 cup soymilk plus one packet stevia... Thats about 155 calories. And it doesnt make 2-3 servings... it makes one.. just for me. I will probably never buy store icecream or sorbet again. Thanks so much for an absolutely DELISH recipe.
