The Best Fresh Vegetable Sandwich

What you need: 

1 whole wheat roll or 2 slices whole wheat bread
1 tablespoon low-fat vegan mayo
8 thinly sliced cucumber rounds
2 thin tomato slices
1/4 unsliced red sweet pepper
1 large romaine or curly lettuce leaf
alfalfa sprouts to taste
salt and pepper to taste

What you do: 

Spread mayo on both slices of roll or vegan bread. Build sandwich in the above order.
