SO HOW'D IT GO?

Really enjoyed this salad dressing. I used red wine vinegar. Super tasty and tangy (which I prefer).

This was a refreshing dressing!  I substituted 3T lemon juice for the fresh lemon (but I will use fresh next time), and I used pomegranate champagne vinegar instead of balsamic.  I will definitely make this again, thank you.

This salad dressing is yummy, and very intense! I added a bit of extra oil so my co-workers wouldn't think it was too much...

And about the dill -- yeah, i would think that would make this just plain repulsive. Enough dill is yummy, too much can be horrible.

1/2 cup of chopped dill sounds absolutely repulsive. i haven't tried this recipe, but if i subbed the parsley with dill, i probably would think it was gross too.

I thought this was gross.  Maybe my mistake was using dill instead of parsley (which I didn't have), but ick.  And I'm generally a big fan of oil and vinegar dressings.

Absolutely yummy! I will make this many times. Thanks HeartofGlass! By the way, the tasty tang is so powerful I used flax oil in place of olive without having to suffer through a flaxy aftertaste. Something great to say for any dressing!  ;)
