These were delicious.  I made some with blueberries and some with bananas.  I also added hemp seeds to the batter.  Very delicious!!!  5 stars!!!

Beyond excellent!  The pancakes were thin (I don't like thick pancakes) and they were absolutely FANTASTIC!  Many thanks to the person who posted this recipe.

BEST PANCAKES EVER!! javascript:void(0); I made them with coconut oil instead of veggie, and used agave nectar.  OMG!!!!  Thanks :)  I am going to make these for my family- they are suspicious of all things vegan- this oughta really show em!

These are wonderful. I used a banana for the egg replacer. Each pancake turned out perfect, even the first one which usually never does.

These really are the best!
I used whole wheat flour, flax for the egg (1 tbs flax & 3 tbs water), a tsp of cinnamon, 1 tsp of nutmeg, a handful of chopped walnuts, almond milk instead of soy, and 1 tbs brown sugar with 1.5 tbs white sugar.
They turned out really well & pretty fluffy--despite the fact that I fail at cooking pancakes (I accidentally made one the size of the whole pan but it was still great!).
I'm not vegan, so I put a bit of honey on them & they were purrrfect!

These are really good.  =)  Not at all dense like you might expect vegan pancakes to be.  I drop 1/4 cup of batter at a time, so they come out really small and cute.

My non-vegan younger sister told me she wanted to marry these pancakes.
:)>>>
I made them with 2 Tb cornstarch and threw in some cinnamon.

I served them with strawberry sauce made from some blended frozen strawberries, sugar, vanilla and cornstarch -heated until thick.

SO GOOD!
My only complaint is that I should have doubled the recipe, because there weren't enough to satiate our ravenous appetites for these pancakes, but then again, I suppose it is a good thing that there weren't enough for me to gorge myself sick on.
