The BEST Vegan Cheeze

What you need: 

250 gms (1 cup) silken tofu
3 level tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
2 tablespoon natural peanut butter
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoon light miso
1 teaspoon onion powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 level teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 level teaspoon white pepper powder
4 tablespoon salsa (Master Foods medium-hot salsa works best in this recipe)

What you do: 

Place all the ingredients in a food processor fitted with a metal blade and process until very smooth. Chill for at least an hour before serving (CHILLING IT IS IMPORTANT).
