Black Bean and Avocado Salad

What you need: 

1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
2 vine ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 avocado, chopped
1 red onion, diced
1 tablespoon of olive oil
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

What you do: 

In a bowl, combine black beans, onion, avocado, and tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
This recipe is very simple and great for taking to pot lucks and cookouts.
