Black Bean Soup (Quick and Easy)

What you need: 

1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 1/2 cups salsa
1 1/2 cups black beans, drained (I use canned)
7 oz. (1/2 can) veggie broth
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup Tofu cheese of your choice

What you do: 

Mix salsa, beans, broth into a large pot. Heat until almost boiling.
Meanwhile, take all onions and sauté.
When the soup is nice and hot, add onions and cheese.
