Black-Eyed Pea Brushetta

What you need: 

1 (14 ounce) can black eyed peas, drained
1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
1 bunch green onions, chopped (green and white parts)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 bottle (8 ounces) vegan Italian dressing

What you do: 

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Serve at room temperature with crackers, tortillia chips or small slices of toasted garlic bread.
