Blackberry jam

What you need: 

3 or 4 cups of blackberrys

4 Tsp of stevia

2 Tsp of agave syrop

2 Tsp of agar agar

What you do: 

Wash blackberries

Place stevia and agave in a boiling pan

Heat boiling pan until the ingredients have melted

Add blackberries

Lower heat and let it cook for 30 min. Every now and then mash the fruit

Add agar agar and stir

Get it out after 5 minutes and place in glass jars

Let it cool and place in fridge
