Blueberry, Banana, Hemp Milk, Flaxseed Smoothie

What you need: 

1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup vanilla hemp milk
1 banana
1 heaping teaspoon ground flaxseed

What you do: 

1) Combine all ingredients in a blender (I use a Vita-mix) and blend until smooth.
:) Soooo good for you!
