Blueberry Breakfast Parfait

What you need: 

1 single serve container of soy yogurt (peach or strawberry is good!)
1 handful of fresh blueberries
1/2 maple flavored crunchy granola bar broken into small pieces (I use Nature Valley)

What you do: 

Mix soy yogurt, fresh blueberries, and crunchy granola bar pieces in a cup. Thats it! So yummy. and takes less than a minute.
