Blueberry Smoothie

What you need: 

3/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 medium apple (any kind)
1/2 cup almond milk
1T protein powder

What you do: 

Put it in the blender and enjoy.
I find that putting the protein powder in before the apple and almond milk seems to work better.
I also use huckleberries in this and it is spectacular.

simple yet very good.  :D
i added some sugar as my berries were a bit tart.
