Bread Machine Oat Bran Bread
What you need:
1 Cup Oat Bran
1 Cup whole wheat flour
2 Cups Unbleached White Flour
1 1/2 teaspoon yeast (or one package)
1 Tbspn gluten
5 Tbspn unsweetened applesauce
1 teaspoon diastatic malt powder (malt powder is made from barley; from King Arthur flour catalog)
2 tbspn sweetner (maple syrup, brown sugar, etc.)
1 1/4 cup warm water
What you do:
Place above ingredients in bread machine and start for white bread or whole wheat vegan bread.
