Bread Machine Rye

What you need:

1 cup plus 2 tablespoon water
3 tablespoon cold pressed canola oil
1 tablespoon molasses
1 cup dark rye flour
2 cups unbleached bread flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon turbinado sugar [can use less if you wish]
1 1/2 tablespoon tofu milk powder
1 teaspoon allspice
1 1/2 teaspoon active yeast
1 1/2 tablespoon caraway seeds

What you do:

Dump everything in your bread machine, put on whole wheat setting and turn it on.{ Or follow the instructions of your own machine,as to the order of adding ingredients }. My family loves this recipe.
