Breakfast with Avocado

What you need: 

 

Beaten: 
1 avocado 
1 banana 
1 tbsp (15ml) honey 
1/2 cup of soy beverage bio.

For those who do not eat honey can replace it with stevia (2 or 3 sprigs)

 

 

Toast: 
1 ball 
2 tbsp olive oil 
Oregano 
Other spices to taste (I use my masala)

 

What you do: 

 

Today I remembered one hit that was not already almost 1 year ago ... Joined him my toast special and there voi ... A mega breakfast!


1 - Putting it all together in a blender and hit ... I like it thick to eat with a spoon, like most who just add more liquid "milk."

2 - Open the bread in half, add the seasonings and let bake ...


Tip: I make toast in the toaster, so no oil drips.

After this breakfast (especially for those who eat little in the morning, it is advisable to walk with the dog) <3
