What you need:

2 or 3 ripe bananas
handful of raisins soaked in 1/2 cup of boiling water
juice of 1/2 lemon
juice of 1/2 orange
1 tablespoon maple syrup
cinnamon and nutmeg to taste

What you do:

1. Soak raisins in boiling water until puffy and soft.
2. Mash bananas in large bowl, and add the remaining ingredients.
3. Mash everything in a large bowl with a potato masher, or puree in a blender.
4. Serve over pancakes, waffles, etc.
Very delicious. Beats plain maple syrup and butter!
