Breakfast Smoothie

What you need: 

5 frozen strawberries
1 cup soy yogurt (your favorite flavor)
1 banana

What you do: 

I microwave the strawberries for about 15 seconds so my blender doesn't have to work so hard. Add peeled banana, yogurt, and strawberries. Very simple, and inexpensive, healthy too!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

This is a delicious smoothy!  So very simple and easy to make too!!  I used vanilla flavoured Soy Life Soy Yoghurt, added some raw muesli and soy milk too... VA VA VOOM!!
