Broke Sandwich

What you need: 

1 veggie dog
2 slices of flaxseed bread
1/2 avocado
ketchup
mustard
2 slices soy vegan cheese
garlic salt (pinch)

What you do: 

Slice up avocado place on one of your slices of bread.
Slice your Veggie Dog long ways into two pieces then across so there are 4 slices of Veggie dog. Place them on your other half of bread.
Place a slice of soy vegan cheese on each piece of bread.
Turn oven on broil, place sandwich face side up still in the oven until vegan cheese looks bubbly.
Then add your ketchup and mustard, along with garlic salt if you want.
Close to make a sandwich. Slice across and enjoy.
