Brown Rice & Cranberry Pilaf

What you need: 

1 cup vegetable broth
1/2 cup orange juice
1 1/2 cups instant brown rice
1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
2 tablespoon toasted almonds (optional)

What you do: 

Boil the broth and orange juice in medium saucepan Stir in Rice and Cranberry sauce. Return to boil. Cover and reduce heat for 5 minutes Remove from heat and stir. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes Stir in the almonds (optional).
