brownie crunch insanity

What you need: 

-1 cup kamut flour

- 1 cup dried oats (oatmeal)

-1tsp of vanilla extract

- 1.5 cup of raw vegan sugar

-2.5 tsp of baking powder

-2.5 tsp of egg replacer

-1/2 cup cocoa powder

-2  cups coconut thick  cream with "vegan caramel"

-2tbsp of olive oil

-1/2 cup of sunflower seed butter

-1/2 cup peanut butter

-1/2 cup almond butter

Preheat oven to 350F

What you do: 

mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside EXCEPT the sugar (keep sugar separate.

Heat a skillet pan and pour the raw vegan sugar in the pan till it turns brown

 pour olive oil in pan and m ix (it will clump)

then add thick coconut cream and vegan caramel (see vegweb recipe list)

QUICKLY mix and pour the mixture in the bowl on top of the dry ingredients

mix together, pour in the nutbutters and mix till it gets real  stiff and clumpy

make sure all ingredients are wet and not still powdery ( add extra olive oil if necessary*

pour stiff mixture in a small pan and try to spread it out (its a little hard to do but do your best)

bake for about 15minutes ( use a knife to check if its done, it will be gooey but not wet, you want it to dry a little. . it will drop and thats a good thing.

Serve warm with coconut whip cream

Coconut whip cream: 1 can thick coconut cream + vegan caramel (or warm sugar syrup ) mix and chill*
