Buffalo Kale Chips
3 large handfuls kale, destemmed, and deribbed
cooking spray, as needed
1 to 3 tablespoons hot sauce, to taste
sea salt and pepper, to taste
chili powder, to taste, optional
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Make sure kale is dry. Spread kale on cookie sheet and lightly spray kale with cooking spray.
2. Sprinkle kale with hot sauce and lightly toss. Add salt, pepper, and chili powder, if using. Toss.
3. Bake for 15-17 minutes, depending on desired crispy-ness.
