Burnt Garlic and Mushroom Pasta
salt, to taste
1 cup pasta, any type
1/4 cup vegan margarine (I use Nucoa)
1/2 (8-ounce) package package mushrooms, fresh or canned
2 to 5 tablespoons minced garlic, to taste
1: To a pot, add enough water to cook pasta; bring to a boil. Add salt and pasta.
2. When pasta is halfway cooked, melt margarine in a separate pan. Add the mushrooms; saute. Add the garlic. Move the mushrooms and garlic around to cook evenly.
3: Drain the pasta and turn off the heat to the mushrooms. Put the mushrooms and garlic on the pasta and mix together. Enjoy.
