Cabbage Curry

What you need: 

2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon urad daal
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 green ghili
1 cup mixed vegetables
1 medium cabbage
salt, to taste
pinch turmeric

What you do: 

1. Heat oil, mustard seeds, urad daal, cumin seeds, and green chili. Roast for a few seconds.
2. Add mixed vegetables and cabbage. Sprinkle salt and turmeric.
3. Cook on high heat for a couple of minutes, then cover and cook on low until done.'
