Caesar Salad (easy)

What you need: 

1 head romaine lettuce
1 clove garlic (crushed)
3 tablespoon high quality olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

What you do: 

Wash and drain lettuce and tear into bite size pieces. In small bowl add the rest of the ingredients and mix well with fork. Add to lettuce and toss well. Add garlic croutons and vegan parmesan if desired.
