Cajun Cucumber Sandwich

What you need: 

2 slices bread, toasted
vegan margarine, to taste
1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
Cajun seasoning, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste

What you do: 

1. Toast the vegan bread, spread with the margarine.
2. Arrange cucumber slices on vegan bread. Sprinkle with cajun seasoning.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste. Complete the sandwich with the other slice of vegan bread.
