SO HOW'D IT GO?

This was good. I made this with 2 T of cocoa, omitting the carob powder (didn't have any). The xantham gum made it thick, but maybe a bit thicker than I wanted - I wanted it more syrup-y. Next time I'll use half the xantham gum. I may even use 1/3 cup sugar too - just a tad too sweet for me, but that's my personal taste. It's probably great for everyone else. I will make again because it's so quick and easy.

Is this like fudge-y chocolate sauce? I've been searching for something of the sort to top some vegan sundaes. Please let me know, its a ka-gillion degrees here lately and me and my friends need some sugar to keep going.
