Carrot Veggie Juice

What you need: 

5 to 6 carrots
1 beet
1 stalk of celery, chopped
Leaves from spinach, kale or leaf lettuce

What you do: 

This recipe calls for a juicer.
1) Juice the ingredients until smooth. You can vary the number of vegetables and the quantity to create many flavors. Serve with a celery stalk and enjoy!
Since carrots are high in energy and nutrition, this is a quick drink that is good for you.
