Cauliflower With Oriental Greens

What you need: 

6 oz cauliflower,cut into flowerets,
1 garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon cilantro root or stem
1 tablespoon sunflower oil
2 scallions,cut into pieces
4 oz orientalgreens,such as thai spinach,bok choy, or mustard greens,
tough stalks removed
1 teaspoon yellow mustard seeds

What you do: 

Blanch the cauliflower, rinse in cold water,and drain, set aside. Grind the garlic, turmeric, and cilantro root or stem together with a pestle and mortar or in a spice grinder. Heat the oil in a wok or large,heavy skillet. Add the scallions and stir over a high heat for 2 minutes.Add the greens and stir for 1 minute. Set aside. Return the wok or skillet to the heat and add the mustard seeds. Stir until they start to pop, then add the turmeric mixture and the cauliflower, and stir until all the cauliflower is coated. Serve with the greens on a warm plate. Enjoy!!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I love this dish, i have made it a couple of times!! I serve it over rice. It freezes and reheats really well, for those who have leftovers!
