"Chicken" and Hummus Whole Wheat Pita Wrap

What you need: 

1 whole wheat pita
1/2 cup tofu chicken strips
garlic hummus
tomatoes
lettuce
green peppers
Italian dressing to taste
optional shredded fake cheddar cheese
sprouts

What you do: 

Add a little oil to a nonstick pan and begin to sauté the chicken. (I use Trader Joes brand chicken-less strips and they are ah-mazing). While its cooking, wash, shred and prepare the lettuce. Chop the tomato. If you want, you may add the green peppers to the chicken and sauté them as well. Once cooked, spread hummus along the bottom of the pita, and pile with lettuce, chicken tomatoes, peppers, sprouts, and cheese. Drizzle some Italian dressing over top and DIG IN!!! YUM
