Chicken Tossed Salad

What you need: 

1 cup soy curls
2 teaspoons vegan chicken style seasoning (I use Butler chik style seasoning)
1/2 head lettuce, chopped (or spring mix)
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 onion, in strips
1/2 (6 ounce) can olives, chopped or whole
1/4 cup cranberries, optional
1/4 cup walnuts, optional

What you do: 

1. Soak soy curls for about 10 minutes in warm water. Drain and lightly brown in a skillet while adding the seasoning.
2. Toss salad ingredients together and throw soy curls on top.
3. Serve with vegan dressing of your choice. Enjoy!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

This was absolutely sensational. It would make an excellent celebration dinner for christmas or thanksgiving due to the colours and flavours and cranberries. my daughter is allergic to walnuts so I used toasted cashews instead. I will definately make this again and would highly rec ::)ommend it for an impressive lunch salad when you have guests. :>

Where can one get soy curls?  Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, or are the only in specialty stores?

They are in most health food stores in my area... but my favorite way to order is online - cause then they come right to my doorstep!
