Chickpea and Avocado Mash
1 can chickpeas, drained
1 ripe avocado
salt & pepper
In a bowl, mix together chickpeas, avocado chunks, salt & pepper. With a potato masher or large fork, mash together leaving some whole chickpeas.
This recipe can be used as a dip for pita chips or can be spread on whole wheat tortillas with additional fillings for a great wrap.
