Chickpea (Garbanzo) Salad

What you need: 

1 (14-ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1/2 small red onion, diced
small bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
2 half or 4 strips sun-dried tomatoes in oil, chopped into small strips (I use scissors)
1/2 to 1 tablespoon oil from sun-dried tomato jar
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

What you do: 

1. In a bowl, combine all ingredient.
2. You can eat straight away, but the flavors will develop if marinated in the refrigerator.
