Chili Cheeze Fries

What you need: 

1 batch chili (I use my recipe)
1 batch vegan cheeze sauce (I use my recipe)
1 - 26 ounce bag crinkle cut fries
Kosher salt, to taste
Vegan sour cream, to garnish
1 spring onion stalk, chopped

What you do: 

1. Place crinkle fries on a baking sheet and bake in oven as directed by instructions on package.
2. When fries are done, place on a plate and sprinkle with kosher salt. Top with cheeze sauce and chili. Top with a dollop of vegan sour cream and fresh spring onions.
