Chilli Con What?

What you need: 

1 green pepper
1 large onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 chilli peppers
1 courgette
6 tomatoes
broccoli
3 large carrots
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
rice

What you do: 

Finely chop everything (excluding the rice). Fry cumin seeds until blackish. Add onion, peppers and carrots. Fry for five minutes, then add the garlic. Add the rest of the vegetables, until cooked. Meanwhile, boil the rice. Serve and enjoy.
