Chocolate Cheesecake Pie

What you need: 

1 (12 ounce) package silken tofu
1 (8 ounce) tub vegan cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
1 (12 ounce) package vegan chocolate chips
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 (9") vegan graham cracker pie crust

What you do: 

1. In blender, blend tofu until smooth. With an electric mixer in medium bowl, combine vegan sugar and cream cheese and 2 tablespoons of the smoothed tofu, and beat until smooth.
2. Add cream cheese mixture to blender with remaining tofu. Blend again until smooth.
3. Melt chocolate chips in double boiler, or microwave. Add melted chips to blender, blend until chocolate is mixed, this may require some stirring. After chips and mixture are well blended, add maple syrup, blend for 30 seconds.
4. Pour mixture into pie crust until full, and refrigerate until stiff.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Sub brown sugar, add vanilla extract, and add melted peanut butter on top before chilling. Wow.

you blend the tofu and take 2 tb of it and mix it with the other stuff and then put it back with the tofu left in the blender. when i make this, i just toss everything into the blender cause i'm lazy...it all gets blended in the end, right?  ;D

so do you only use 2 tablespoons of the tofu? also it says to mix in the cream cheese twice. it sounds very good, but i am confused about the recipe :)
