Chocolate Crazy Cake

What you need: 

3 cups unbleached flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup cocoa
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup vegetable Oil
2 cups water

What you do: 

Very easy!!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all of the dry ingredients (using a fork) in a 9x13 baking pan. Then add the liquid ingredients and mix well until there are no lumps. Of course, you can mix this in a separate bowl if you prefer, but this way you're not making more dirty dishes! :)
Bake for 35 minutes. Be sure to let cool for about 20 minutes before diving into it. It has a tendency to fall apart if its not cool enough.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Also...This cake is very good and with the right "healthy" frosting it tastes like something served in a restaurant.....very rich but with a big tall glass of your favorite milk-like beverage it can't be beat!  I actually like to put a piece in a glass and cover with the beverage and eat with a spoon...mmmmm...just like when I was little...but way better for you.

Also we used whole wheat flour....
