Chocolate Milkshake

What you need: 

1-1 1/2 frozen bananas
3 tablespoons powdered cocoa
1 cup nondairy milk (I use nonfat soy)
drizzle maple syrup or other sweetener, optional

What you do: 

Blenderize.'
