Club Sandwich

What you need: 

3 slices of bread (toasted)
1 tomato
iceberg lettuce
cucumber
vegan mayo
2 veggie sausages (Linda McCartney are best)

What you do: 

Grill the veggie Sausages, Toast the vegan bread. Spread mayo on first slice of toast add sliced tomato, lettuce, and cucumber, spread second slice of toast with mayo and place on top to make a single decker sandwich, spread the top of the 2nd slice of toast with more mayo then slice the grilled veggie sausages in half. Place on top of toast and spread the 3rd slice of toast with mayo and place on top. Deeeelichious
