Coconut Rice Porridge

What you need: 

2/3 cup rice flakes
400 ml (12 oz) can of coconut cream
LSA - linseed, sunflower, almond mixture ground or any ground nuts
dried fruit, I use dried cranberries, this is optional
maple syrup
fresh fruit if desired

What you do: 

Put the rice flakes, coconut cream and some dried fruit if you like it, into a saucepan and cook for about 5 minutes until it is thick and creamy.
Pour into bowls and sprinkle with LSA or ground nuts.
Add chopped fresh fruit if desired.
Pour a generous amount of syrup over everything and enjoy.
Creamy, crunchy, sweet and altogether yummy.
