Coconut Snow Icecream

What you need:

1 cup snow (not packed snow)
1/5 cup coconut milk or coconut cream
sprinkle sugar, to taste
1 banana, sliced

What you do:

1. Scoop out snow into a medium bowl.
2. Add the milk, sugar and banana, and stir. Eat immediately.
One could totally play around with this recipe, too; mixing it all in an icecream machine to change the texture, adding frozen berries, etc. You could also run it through a blender and have a smoothie.
Source of recipe: Our town was recently visited by a huge blizzard, giving us around 2 feet of snow outside. I decided to experiment. Admittedly, the icecream gets soupy pretty fast, but it still tastes pretty good.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Interesting factoid, Natives in the Arctic used snow, berries and seal oil to make snow ice 'cream'.
